    "OM Goodness---just tried the first one...filled with apricot preserves; absolutely amazing texture! I chilled my dough for over an hour (got busy with life, rolled them into small balls, flattened by hand into disks and then fingerprinted and filled with preserves before baking. These blow away any thumbprint cookie i have ever made! Thank you ..."
