"FANTASTIC!I didn't have "chicken base" and am not sure what it is (chicken soup base powder?) so I just used low sodium chicken broth in place of the water. I also used more basil than called for. I added a couple tablespoons more after it was finished cooking. This was so easy to make. I prepared it for a lunch meeting and everyone raved ..."

"I'm sorry but I didn't find that this recipe was anything too wonderful. I think I could eat the soup with some crackers and be just as satisfied. The idea about the crepes from another reviewer might be the extra step that gives this dish that little extra flavour and texture. "

"This is a very easy, light and refreshing dessert. With the exception of extra lime zest I made it as posted with watermelon, cantaloupe and honeydew melon. I served it in martini glasses and it looked fabulous. Also, the directions don't tell how many minutes to simmer the syrup so I let it simmer for 5 minutes. "

"This was super quick and easy to make. It has a wonderful, rich flavour and is equally nice for a brush on sauce on the grill or a slow cook method. I added a small drop of liquid smoke flavour and extra garlic. I've made this many times since I first found the recipe and everyone LOVES it. Use it on any meat, it's great!"

"I made this with breasts as well. I left the skin on (removing any excess fat) to avoid drying it out too much. It was great. I served it to my family and they all loved it. The left overs were even better the next day. Very easy, quick preparation and looks lovely served with saffron rice and fresh green beans. A great company dish."
