"We don't like onions, so I left that out--just wrapped the whole potato in bacon and cooked them that way. They were phenomenal! I will be making this quite often. They were especially good with some shredded sharp cheddar cheese on top. Thanks for posting!"

"Oh yum, yum, yum! This was great. I found it very thick--much thicker than mix pudding but I really liked it that way. It was decadently chocolatey and good. Thanks for posting!"

"These were great. The only change I made was to leave out the onions, since we don't like them...and I did cook them slightly differently. I realized I wouldn't have time to finish them on the stovetop and eat before church, so after the sauce was made, I added the potatoes and sausage back early and put it all in the oven at 200 degrees and cooke..."

"WOW! I can't stop looking at what looks like brand new jewelry. I had a pair of earrings I never wore because they looked so bad as well as a necklace. The earrings look brand new--though, they had a strange film on them when I took them out of the solution and rinsed them. I just scraped the film off and they're beautiful. The necklace looks grea..."

"So very yummy! I did think that the addition of the nutmeg made them less snickerdoodly, though. They were delicious, but I'd like to try them without the nutmeg to see if they taste more like the cookie. I'll definitely be making them again, though."

"This was really great. We'd discovered last Thanksgiving that we really liked baked mac and cheese but I had some difficulty with the recipe I was using. I told my stepdaughter that this was probably going to be my new go to recipe before she tried it. After tasting it, she agreed it should be. Will be on our yearly holiday menu."

"I've made these three times now. I've had to fiddle with the flour a bit, the first time they were way too tough. But, today I think I finally got it right. They are terrific. I've always liked a sweeter roll and plan on making these often."

"My brother wanted pfeffernuesse for Christmas but you can't go into a store here and buy them like you can where I'm from! So I went and bought the stuff to make them cuz i'm a good sister even though I don't like anise or licorice flavoring at all. Mixed them up and baked them today and they are so good! Way better than any I've ever eaten from t..."

"Mandabears, you have made me one happy Norwegian! I'm in a state where if you even say lefse, they look at you like you have three heads. Of course, they also eat noodles on their mashed potatoes at Thanksgiving... I'm from a state where you can find lefse in any grocery store around the holiday season and it just doesn't seem like Thanksgiving wi..."
