"Winner winner, spaghetti and eggplant balls dinner! My 5-year-old son and I made these for dinner tonight and we both agreed that they were delicious. I used fresh onion and garlic, added a little nutritional yeast for fun, and oregano, basil, and fennel for the spices. I did find that I needed a LOT more than 1 cup of breadcrumbs in order to g..."

"This is just so amazingly delicious!!!!! I used raw beet in place of the carrot because I had a single beet in the fridge that needed to be used. I did find the heat in this recipe to be out of balance, so next time I will reduce the cayenne. It is delicious as is, but it is also delicious with some chopped apple. I will definitely add this to..."

"I really wanted to like this soup, but it has absolutely no depth of flavor. I even tried adding a parmesean rind and some cayenne, but even with those additions this soup is just very one-dimensional. I won't be making it again."

"This was just not good. I was even told by a family member not to make it again."

"Yum! Super quick and easy to make. Got rave reviews from my husband. Used veggie broth in place of chicken, as I am vegetarian."

"mmm, super tasty and super easy! I made a few changes: I used old fashioned oats instead of quick, and I baked mine in an 8X8 pan. I can't imagine using 9X13; even in the 8X8 it was pretty thin."

"Yum! This is a fantastic combination of bitter greens, creamy avocado, sweet berries, crunchy pepitas, and tangy dressing. I will definitely be making this again! I felt that the avocado was integral to the recipe."

"This is very tasty : I did a few things differently; I did not make it in the crock pot, but rather on the stove top. I'm sure crock pot would be just fine, although I'd probably still cook the onions and spices down in butter on the stove top before putting them in the crock. I used one jar of tomatoes since fresh aren't good yet, and I need..."

"This is ok but pretty one-note in terms of flavor. I suspect that marinating the tofu in some other flavorful marinade might make a significant improvement, so I may try this in the future. I did freeze the tofu beforehand in order to allow it to hold up better to the cooking in the crock pot, and I'm glad I did that."

"from the cookbook "Vegetarian: the best ever recipe collection" by Linda Fraser. This recipe is fantastic!!! It has been a fav of mine for a number of years. I made it for dinner tonight and meat-eater hubby said it tasted just like regular meatloaf. picky eater son said "YUM!" and gobbled it up."
