"this was OK. After all the hype I thought it would be better. But I did enjoy it. I ommited the onion, used fresh basil and thyme, and olive oil instead of butter. I also added some white wine to the saute and sone sharp cheddar hoping it would add to the flavor. It was still a little bland for my liking. But, i'll make it again, maybe addin..."

"Very good! I added green, red and orange bell peppers, as well as snow peas for a one dish meal (served over rice. I did double the soy sauce, and next time will double the ginger and sugar as well. I used fresh pinapple, and wish I would have used canned so that I could have added the juices as well. I also used chicken breasts, and they wer..."

"i kind of ended up making up a variation of this. The chicken wasn't cooking evenly, so I cut it up in the pan, added the butter, lemon, white wine and capers and mmm mmm good! Served with roasted veggies. Perfect! Thanks for sharing."

"this was excellent! I used ground turkey and didn't have brown sugar, so I added a little bbq sauce. It was great! I was iffy on the cream of mushroom soup, but loved it in the end. We had garlic bread with it and it was perfect."

The only different I made was I made my own shredded chicken by boiling the breasts in a can of stewed tomatos. thanks so much for a new house hold staple"

"This was the perfect side dish to our enchiladas. I did have a few changes so that is why i gave it only 4 stars. I used green bell pepper, no jalapeno, and sauteed all the ingredients in the dressing, adding the avocado on the side when served. Thanks for sharing! Will make many more times"

"My husband said "put this on the short list for keepers.". It was wonderful! I did sub ground turkey since my brother in law doesn't eat beef. And I also added a small can of diced green chiles. so easy and so delicious! I didn't think it was too heavy at all, and the chips did stay crisp. Couldn't tell you if they were crisp for leftovers t..."

"This is a very good recipe! I substituted half the oil with applesauce, and I wish it would have been just a little more moist, next time I'll use just the oil. I also cheated on the frosting due to lack of time : and used the package stuff. Still good. Everyone enjoyed it!"
