    "I loved this dish.. it's a fantastic and easy way to dress up a spinach side. I omitted the olive oil, and instead cooked my bacon in a pan, took it out and just added the spinach to the bacon grease. I don't like nuts so I made it without the nuts and it was still great. A delicious and simple side dish!"
