Reviewed Baked Salmon with Mustard-Dill Sauce
    Handle
     |  By ratherbeswimmin'

"My family and I love this recipe. I have made it numerous times now. The only changes I always make are to use low fat or fat free sour cream, and I sometimes add a squirt of mayonnaise, it tends to add a little extra flavor. And I BBQ it."

"I just made this for supper tonight and it was excellent. The only thing I altered was using low fat sour-cream, adding a chopped dill pickle and a little bit of mustard. I thought it was a little bland before I added the extra ingredients, but boy was it perfect afterward. I can't wait to try it with a bit on chopped onion as well."

"They tasted pretty good, but they were quite dense and moist. My family didn't really find them to be a normal pancake consistency. It could have been something I did, but I don't think so."

"This is the lowest review I have ever given... I'm so sorry it just wasn't at all what I thought was promised. I followed the directions EXACTLY (which is strange for me and I ended up with very very moist (2 loaves which was great, but the flavor just didn't do anything for my family or friends. It was soo bland.. it didn't really have a banan..."

"I've never made rice pudding using the stove top method before, it's really different than the baked stuff. It's delicious.I used skim milk (around 3 cups and cut the sugar back a little and it came out perfectly. It didn't even get all gross and hard after being in the fridge overnight."

"This was so good and surprisingly simple to make. I have always been worried that I can't make an acceptable curry dish from scratch, but this was delicious. We didn't add the almonds because we didn't have any, and I added a little more butter to give it a richer flavor . Other than those two changes, we left the recipe alone (for once. The lon..."

"This is even better than the chicken lasagna from most of the stores I usually buy it from. As usual, I used a lot less butter in total and added more flour, used less cheese and skim milk. It tasted like everything was full fat and delicious. The spinach layer was not too spinachy (if you know what I mean... I did try to use those stupid instan..."

"This is an excellent recipe, but I agree with the not enough breadcrumb recipes. I only used three (large chicken breasts and although I did cut them into smaller pieces it was just the right amount. To get the fat content lower, we used less butter for dipping and we also added the two tbs of fresh garlic to it when we microwaved it (brings ou..."

"I've made this a countless number of times already!I didn't realize it was so easy to get such an authentic flavor from such normal ingredients. Although, I do find that the chicken is better when it's not cooked in the soup pot. I always managed to get little bits of chicken stuck to the bottom of the pot. So I usually just use leftover chicken..."
