"This turned out just okay for us. Tasted pretty good, but ended up with a funky pale gravy like consistency. Probably something I did or did not do when cooking. Thanks for the recipe, but I don't think I will make this again."

"These were very good waffles - easy to put together and a good way to use those over ripe bananas. However, we found them a little lacking in flavor. If I make these again, I would add an extra banana or possibly a little sugar. I did add about a tsp. of vanilla. Good recipe."

"This recipe is exactly what I was looking for. I was able to substitute 1/2 of the flour with whole wheat flour, without turning the loaves heavy. The only other change I made was to add an additional 1/8 tsp. soda, as I wanted to make sure it turned out with lots of "holes". Super easy and not at all difficult - used my kitchen aid stand mixer."

"We really enjoyed this recipe. I was looking for something quick and really didn't feel like the usual sloppy joes. I only used 1T of cumin due to personal preference and also added about a tablespoon of tomato paste after all the ingredients were mixed and simmering. It seemed to help thicken the mixture and even out the bite of the spices a..."

"These are delicious meatballs! I tripled the recipe and froze them for quick meals. I simmered a batch in some home canned spaghetti sauce for supper last night and everyone enjoyed them. Great recipe for Italian meatballs that I will use repeatedly."

"This was really outstanding. Very easy to throw together in the a.m. and quick to serve in the p.m. Served on flour tortillas with the usual fixings along with some cilantro and lime. Even my daughter, who doesn't care to eat a lot of meat, said they were good. This will be made often in our house. I think the leftovers would make a great enc..."

"We really liked this one. It was very quick and the ingredients were on hand. I added a spoonful of beef base just to enhance the flavor a little and also just a touch more chili powder and a couple dashes of salt. I made it on the stove top, but I think it would make an excellent slow cooker recipe. Really great recipe for a cold winter's day."

"I originally obtained this recipe from Cooking Light magazine. I intended on posting it, but found it was already here. I often double the dressing recipe and keep it in the fridge. My daugher is addicted to this dressing and would probably drink it if I would let her! I often make variations on the salad - pear instead of apple, addition o..."

"We really liked this. I am currently making this for a second time. Only changes are to add a little garlic and little beef base to enhance the flavors. Basic and simple, but very good."

"Holy cow these are good! I had 1/2 a can of pumpkin to use up as well as a few apples that were on the "edge". So this was the perfect recipe. I grated most of the apples, but also chopped a few for texture. I also reduced the white sugar to one cup plus 1/4 cup brown sugar. Made 18 good size muffins."
