"These are very good. I used Carbquik bake mix instead of Bisquick and Carb Countdown milk for a low carb version. They tasted like regular biscuits, with a slight cream cheesy taste. If I didn't know there was cream cheese in the recipe, I probably couldn't have detected it. I think these would be good with some seasonings in the mix as well. Than..."

"I made these yesterday to give as christmas gifts this week with some other sweets. I used butter instead of shortening and used more orange rind, maybe 2-3 teaspoons. I haven't tasted them, but my family says 5 stars!"

"This is very good, I've been making it for a while, I originally came across the recipe somewhere else online. Really satisfies that craving. If I have time, I soak the pepperoni's overnight in water to remove some of the nitrates, and I usually add chopped black olives. Thanks for posting."
