    "Three Thanksgivings ago, my husband wanted to fry a turkey. I searched for a recipe and came across this onefrom Emeril. This is the best recipe for a fried turkey. I am not a turkey eater but I've enjoyed this. He now frys one every year with this recipe. Everyone waits for it to be served. Great taste and very MOIST!!!"
