    "I make and decorate cakes on the side. I've made numerous vanilla cakes but never found the right one until I found this recipe on another site. Everyone raves about it!! I haven't tried their icing since I have my own recipe that I stick to. I even broke down and bought Magnolia Bakery cookbook...you can't go wrong!!"

    "Delicious and easy!! I used Rome apples and next time I'll try Granny Smith. My daughter loves this recipe. I ran it thru the food processor to get all the lumps out which made it nice and smoothe...almost too smoothe! This would be a great recipe for those that make homemade baby food."
