"This doesn't need another review - but had to post that they have become the #1 favorite in my house. . . . and we have LOTS of baked goods and candies around. Can't believe I didn't know about these before this past year- everyone loves them. So easy - and I buy the dipping chocolate that Sam's Club sells (Ghirardelli and it's tasty and so eas..."

"Very easy - very addictive! I think that this will be my gift for my neighbors this year since I kind of need something new. I used a candy thermometer and let it get to 300 degrees. . . . used medium heat once it got going. . . . stirred, stirred and stirred some more. . . . and used milk chocolate chips with chopped pecans on top of the chocol..."

"I thought this was good - I used all shrimp. . had no asparagus or celery. Added bacon to the onion for extra flavor. Also used arborio rice instead or long grain. I don't think it would be as good with long grain rice. Next time I may try to use a more flavorful oil instead of regular olive oil."

"Very good tasting caramel. Follow directions - stir the entire time and keep your heat on medium. And use parchment paper -NOT waxed paper. Only problem I had was that I tried to dip TOO much caramel onto the apple and it slid off of the apples as they cooled. Next time I will use this recipe but try dropping the apples in boiling water to get..."

"I have baked a lot of bread but never used my bread hook so I was hesitant to make these. . . but the great reviews encouraged me. I made them just as the recipe instructed - let them rise twice before shaping. It made two 9 x 13 pans of rolls. I baked them in my convection oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Very easy bread recipe -not the p..."

"Great flavor - pretty quick meal too. I used sweet onion instead of leeks. . . cooking sherry instead of white wine. . . and towards the end I added 1/2 cup flour/milk mixture to thicken it up a bit. My family loved it - had it over rice but like the egg noodle idea for next time."

"I had leftover caramel rolls from Christmas morning so I dried them out in a low temp oven and used them instead of bread. Left out the brown sugar, used 1 1/2 cups cream, 1 1/2 cups milk and rest of ingredients. Very good - could top with ice cream but good plain too."

"Wonderful - dipped half of cookie in chocolate - everyone loves them! Used quick cooking oats since that's what I had on hand and I like that texture better. Sam's has the giardelli dipping chocolate - so easy to use, melts in microwave and sets up beautifully. If I'm not going to dip them in chocolate, I flatten them a bit with a glass that's b..."

"We had just gone to the boat show and spent $$ on small packages of cinnamon glazed almonds -- "these are them"!!!Delicious. I added another cup of almonds since it looked like there was enough glaze and cooked about 5 minutes longer. Think I will make these for Christmas gifts for neighbors this year! Yum!"

"Used 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips and no nuts. Substituted splenda for sugar and added 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce and 1/2 cup old fashioned quaker oats. With these changes, it made 18 muffins and when I put it through the WW recipe builder it came to TWO POINTS per muffin. These are delicious and "point-friendly" for a filling, good-sized muff..."
