"I've been making this gravy for years. I still have the original recipe I cut out of womans day magazine. This is practically foolproof, makes a TON of gravy and is delicious. If you're a nervous person when it comes to making gravy, try this one. I can pretty much guarantee great flavor, no lumps and a happy family. :- Plus, the Turkey wings can..."

"I hate giving less than glowing reviews but I have to be honest here. When I saw that this took 2 packs of pectin, I was leery but thought "Ok, it came from Blue Book... should be fine." It wasn't. This came out with a texture so firm that it can be sliced like the cranberry sauce one gets in a can. Not really what I wanted in a preserve.Plus t..."

"Good muffins with a nice bleu cheese flavor to them. Great spread with some fresh butter and served with a stew. Yum! The batter was very thick which resulted in muffins that were somewhat crumbly and dense as well as not your picture perfect looking muffins so next time I think I will thin it down a bit. But all in all, good. :-"

"Wonderful moist quick bread. I have made this a few times now and am finally getting around to reviewing it. I tend to go heavy on the spices, especially the cloves and ginger and I add a very well drained can of crushed pineapple to it."

"This was good but I have to be honest; It isn't something I will make again. The flavor is wonderful, but it tastes like a plain Orange marmalade. the Orange overpowers the other fruits to the point where it is hard to justify having bought them and spent the time peeling and chopping. The cook time and quantity are spot on though which is nice fo..."

"Very good butter. It has a much more delicate flavor than Apple butter. But the four stars here came from other issues. This took about4 hours to cook down altogether. When it finally came to a simmer, if I tried to increase the heat over 2 (electric stove it began to stick and scorch. And I got only 4 pints out of this not ten and that was with ..."

"Lovely Strawberry banana jam. The Banana takes center stage in this one but isn't overpowering. My 14 year old son love this one on PB&J sandwiches. Pretty color and sets up nicely; a little loose but that is typical for home canned jams. Thanks for posting! :-"
