"Excellent Flavour! I made a half recipe and served it over mashed Yukon Gold potatoes. I also added red pepper flakes and omitted the thyme and used a very flavourful Merlot. I think the wine you choose makes a big difference. I will be making this again! Many thanks Evelyn!"
