"My family loved this! Yaaaaay! *I used Keebler's Graham cracker ready-crust. As for the bananas, I used the ones on the riper end but still firm--so the pie tastes more banana-ish.* All in all, GREAT Recipe! Thanks!"

"Very easy to make but a tad too salty for me. Tastes great but the sauce was very salty so I'll use less salt next time. Best eaten with pasta and not very great rice. Thanks for the recipe Luby."

"This is really good! Made some for my mom and brother and they said it was good. I used thick slices of white bread... A couple of suggestions: Put the stove on low and cook it for 2 1/2 minutes. You can also try stirring in the flour slowly so there'll be less lumps. I also advise that you frequently mix the egg mixture to make sure that the ingr..."

"Great recipe! I made cheese muffins and they came out great! I used Sargento's Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese and came out wonderful--just a small hint of cheese! I don't recommend using "plain" cheddar cheese as it would be overpowered by the muffin and you won't taste it at all. The top was a little crunchy which was perfect. The muffins weren't..."

"It was nice tasting except for a couple of things... The lentils didn't resemble or "feel" meaty for me at all. Was it because I didn't mash it enough? Instructions said "partially mash" and I even mashed it more, but still. The taste was good but it starting to taste salty after just a couple of hours. All in all, it's great but it's saltier (may..."

"I'm a new vegetarian (after a long medical fast--I think I've learned my lesson so I'm experimenting with a lot of vegetarian alternatives of my favorite meat dishes. This gravy tastes better a couple of hours after cooking. I used some Lipton Onion Soup Mix instead of a small onion (use in moderation. I also used lots of sliced up button mushro..."
