"This is almost exactly the same recipe my bf has. The only difference is he uses paprika and dill instead of onion. It is sooo yummy!"

"This was fantastic an sooo easy to make. I made one batch for myself with a gluten-free pancake mix and another batch with the Bisquick heart health mix for my coworkers. I also used egg substitute, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, and Splenda for both batches. My coworkers loved it, better than the cornbread that came with the bbq! All the su..."

"OMG! These are soooo good! I'm weird about green beans since sometimes I like them, but other times they taste bitter to me. Roasting them really brings out the sweetness. It is such a perfect side dish or snack. The first time I made these, I almost ate them all myself. When my mom was getting ready to make green beans for Thanksgiving dinner, I ..."

"These were pretty yummy. They were the perfect flavor of blueberry muffins. I substituted a gluten free pancake mix (since I can't have Bisquick and it worked out okay. They did crumble a lot, but a lot less than the other gluten free muffins I've made. Thanks for posting this!"

"This tasted exactly like something my mom used to make! Except she used pork instead of chicken. But I did underestimate the power of cayenne pepper. I used a full teason and it was a bit much, and I love spicy. I will definately be making this again. I might even turn the sauce into a marinade, so that the inside of the chicken has all the flav..."

    Reviewed Peachy Chicken With Orzo

     |  By Annisette

"This was really yummy. I used rice instead of orzo, and it still cooked great. I also left out the bell pepper since I'm not a fan of them. The only bummer was that cooking the rice with the peach juice didn't get as much of the peach flavor that I thought it would have. I might throw in a splash of soy sauce next time for a little extra oomph"

"This didn't wow me as much as I thought it would. It was okay as a side, but nothing spectacular. I'll try it again with Hot green chile and some extra spices. I used water this time, and I'll try to use a broth next time for some extra flavor."

"Yummy! These were really easy to make, and very versatile (depending on what extra seasonings you use. A very healthy way to make chicken nuggets. And gluten free, too! I think I might have scared my downstairs neighbors when I was pounding the chicken with a rolling pin. But that's not enough to stop me from making these again!"

"This was sooo good! I have been wanting a Monte Cristo since I was diagnosed with celiac disease. So I switched the Bisquick with a gluten free pancake mix. Other than that I made the recipe as is, and it was ready after 20 minutes. I think next time I'll have to use more pancake batter, but it was still yummy!"
