"I loved this recipe. I did make a few changes (I always do :I omitted the jalapenos, used two red bell peppers, and added garlic and zucchini. The tomato mixture had a great flavor, which was kind of sweet. Served this over black rice! This is definitely a keeper. Thanks for sharing!"

"Wow! This recipe is great! I've never had beef turn out quite as flavorful and tender as it does with this marinade and cooking method.
