"This is the best cheesecake I have ever made,so creamy and the taste is amazing!I also added strawberry sauce to the batter to give it that swirl effect,it was ok but I think I like the plain cheesecake better.It makes a nice high cheesecake.Great tasting crust too.Excellent!"

"Definately 5 stars for this!A great tasting,easy cake to make.I toasted the pecans before I chopped them for extra flavour.I think next time I would omit the raisins though,or just have them in the middle layer.I found the ones on top got too dry and chewy.I used margarine instead of shortening also.Thanks for the great recipe!"

"Great tasting treat!Like most reviewers I also found the dough to be non-spreadable,next time I will chill it and just drop pieces of it onto the jam layer as a few others have said.I omitted the walnuts and added a tsp of vanilla to the dough.I'd also add extra jam next time I make it.These would be great with any flavour jam."

"I had an egg white that I wanted to use.This is the perfect recipe to use it in.I used 1/2 cup each of peanuts,walnuts,pecans and almonds.I never had cayenne so I used a little bit of chili powder.The hardest thing about this recipe is not eating them as they cool down!"
