    "The dip as prepared according to the recipe tasted too much like sour cream. I ended up adding a little bit of powdered ranch dip mix - maybe 3 tablespoons - then it was too ranchy. I added some low fat mayo - to keep it light, and a little more of the sauce from the pepper can and it was better. I think next time 1/2 light sour cream and 1/2 l ..."

    "I really liked the rub on the potatoes, however I do not get why you have to boil them first. I think slicing them into slimmer wedges - say 6 from each half put them in a bag with some olive oil to coat well then dust them with the rub - or even just garlic salt, pepper, and onion powder and roast them until crispy. They were tasty the dip need ..."

    "My guys eat alot of these and they can be expensive. I looked for a recipe to make my own and this is a great one. Use green peppers not red - the red get too mushy. I made 2 gallon jars and about 1/2 dozen quarts last year. Will make more soon."
