"This is great. I did rinse and squeeze out the kraut under cold water to get rid of some of the sourness...the more you rinse the less sour the final dish. I also did not use as much sweetener due to this step. This is great by itself and is also great on top of some grilled sausage or dogs...this would add points to the weight watchers plan.LO..."

"I made this for my daughter's baptism party. I grilled the sausage and did everything else on the stove. I did placed everything in aluminum tray and covered with tin foil. All this was done the day before and put in the frige. I put in the oven before we went to mass to reheat. It was awsome!! Everyone said that it was the best tasting sausa..."
