    "Excellent! I love the cilantro flavor. I made a couple adjustments - used pepper jack instead of Monterey Jack and only put in about 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of cumin. I also drained the whole thing before putting it in the casserole pan. It was still very moist after baking, so I think it would be too soupy without draining."
