"I made this salad as directed. I served it with homemade mac and cheese, the bright colors were beautiful. The dressing was a bit too much so I held some aside and used it to dip some bread in and it was awesome. I let the salad chill in my fridge for an hour, I would recommend serving the salad cold.

"I made this the other morning for a group of friends...we had mismosas and bloody marry's with it and it was great! I added fresh onion, mushrooms and green peppers when browning the sausage. It added both nice flavor and color.Next time I will add a little heat with either a salsa or fresh jalepenos."

"My friends love it when I make this...it is by far the most requested dip I have ever made....very easy, I use the "Fresh Frozen" pre cooked shrimp...and an immersion blender to get all the lumps out!If you don't have an immersion blender...get one...it will be your favorite kitchen toy!"
