"EXCELLENT. Canned chickpeas (drained is fine. Saute onions first before any other step. Ok to delete red wine/sherry and apricots. Serve with plain couscous. Wonderful meal."

"totally yummy and best veggie chowder ever! serving size is really 4 main dish bowls or 8 side dish bowls. 2 c onions = 1 medium-large onion; 1 c carrot = 2 carrots; 1.5 c potatoes = 2 medium potatoes; 1 c zucchini = 1 small zucchini. "AWESOME!! Add 1 tsp vanilla to dough. Can't stop eating these they are so good. they stay soft too. pretty sweet so if like cookies a little less sweet then decrease the sugar. suggest softening/slightly melting butter a bit so easier to mix in."

"AMAZING!!! can double the sauce if you like more moist desserts. poke holes in the top of the cake before pouring on the sauce and let it sink into the cake before serving. very sweet dessert (but so worth it!!!, vanilla ice cream would help neutralize the sugary sweetness and contrast nicely with the warm cake."
