"Great recipe, quick and easy! I omitted the oil and didn't have cilantro on hand, but it still tasted great. I did add the feta and used a few table spoons of salsa instead of tomatoes. Would definately make again."

"I was looking to make something similar to rice cakes and came across this recipe. This was really quick and easy to make. The taste reminded me of the Sugar Smacks cereal. I ended up leaving it in bigs chunks instead of spreading it into a pan which worked out just fine. Would like to make again and add peanuts next time!"

"This is a great recipe! Keep in mind that not all protein powders taste the same so you might need to make adjustments depending on taste preferences. I added a little sugar free chocolate syrup and a scoop of peanut butter, worked great!"

"I tried this recipe yesterday and I was impressed. It tasted more like a multi-grain muffin than cornbread but it is definately a great base recipe with endless flavor possibilities!"
