"Wonderful, fantastic taste, I used more chicken stock since I don't like wine much. Interesting since it wasn't breaded, I liked how caramelized it got, added a lot of flavor. Thanks!!"

"Nice comfort food after a morning out shopping in the cold. Might add either some green chili's or taco seasoning to give it a bit more flavor, but a great base recipe. My daughter wants to make it again with a layer of re-fried beans on top. I agree, it would add even more than the breadcrumbs. Thanks Lisa! made for Went to the Market 2012."

"Everyone's first response was - wow, I like the pork. I like the marinade flavor as well as the sauce. Will definitely be making this one again. We did end up grilling it indoors on my daughters new Lodge cast iron grill pan. We just got back from the outlet store. Now we have to wash it so we can wrap it and put it under the tree. Thanks for..."

"I'm giving it 5 stars in spite of the fact I goofed with these. They were wonderful!!!! Warning - do not let the heat get too hot or you have candy apples, I mean hard candy coating on the apples! tasted wonderful, but was very hard to get out of the pan. Next time I'm definitely using lower heat and taking them off sooner. I loved the cinnam..."

"Our family didn't care for this, definitely had too much butter, and it never set. Maybe it was the pan I used, it was a deeper casserole dish. If I try again I'll double the cornmeal and use a square shallow casserole pan. Tasted fine, just didn't like the consistency. Thanks Nancy! made for PRMR 2012"

"Yummy! Made it and brought it to work to heat in my little lunch crock. (check it out: http://www.food.com/bb/viewtopic.zsp?t=381570&highlight= Didn't get it frothy, but tasted fantastic. I think the hot fudge sauce takes it over the top. Thanks for a treat during year end chaos at work Sharon! Made for PRMR 2012."

"Very tasty. I ran out of coating before I ran out of chicken, so some of the pieces had larger bits of pecans on them in the second batch. I also added some pecans to the sauce for presentation since I don't like green onions much. Hubby liked that I burned one for him. Plenty of sauce, next time I'll double the coating though. Thanks for a t..."

"Had a ham bone leftover so this was perfect. I did end up using canned potatoes for ease. Amazingly I did need to add salt, in spite of the ham saltiness. Good way to make boring canned vegetables interesting again. Thanks Annacia! Made for PRMR 2012"
