"Made this with chicken legs. I skipped the step of frying 1st, and only baked them in the oven. Wonderful!! Moist and delish!! I didn't even need a dipping sauce. A keeper!! Thanks for posting."

"I only used 2 eggs in this recipe. I think if I had of used 3 it the batter would have been too thin. I liked them, but they would be better, if they would have been more puffy. The taste was very pleasant. I will keep the recipe, and still look for another."

"I made this today. I reduced the Splenda by 1/4 cup. I also, added more lemon zest. I made it into a pie using a graham cracker crumb base that I made myself. It was excellent. A very light, finish to our evening meal. Thanks for sharing. this fits in well with the Low Carbing that I am doing."

"I made this yesterday for a group of camping people. I found it excellent. The dressing really makes the dish. I subsituted cheddar cheese, as I don't like blue. As we sat down to eat, 4 people asked for the recipe, that is how good it was. A keeper for sure."
