"Excellent, cut recipe in half and marinated 2 boneless breasts for about 3 hours and they turned out beautifully. Even being a bit overcooked the marinade allowed them to maintain a nice soft texture. Really good, thanks for sharing!"

"Yup, the best bran muffin recipe I've tried so far! Didn't change the recipe at all so for folks looking here to see if any tweaks need to be made, I'd say no! "Not like you need another 5 star rating but holy smokes batman these are delicious.... and i'm not a huge brownie eater! I made them cause they were quick and easy and i was having chocolate lovers over for company : In my boat were 1/2c. raisins, 1/2c. choc. chips and 1/2c. shopped walnuts.... next time i will double it cause this did not last..."

"I have made this several times now and wanted to add my 5 stars since i love it so much. I do change it up though based on ingredients i have on hand but yours is the base i use. This past time i made it with asparagus, a blend of white cheddar and (freshly grated parmesan and grape tomatoes sliced in half... i have to agree with another reviewe..."
