"Fantastic dish! I made them twice, and we loved them! Excellent as a main vegetarian dish with little brown rice on the side, or a pita bread. Thanks Mirj!"

" Excellent taste, chewy and nice texture and they felt so nutritious! They looked like great as well. A perfect vegetarian dish, with some beans and vegetables!"

"Surprisingly good! Its a soft and very chewy kind of cookie with an excellent taste! I didnt miss the fat at all. I give only 4 stars because the recipe doesnt say what to do with the 5 teaspoons water. Because the batter consistency was wet enough and didnt need any more liquid, I suppose the water was to soak the raisins (?. "

"Sorry... this method didnt work for me at all... After 2 days, it separated in the container, became orange, and started to smell awful (not like any sourdough starter, but more like a mix between a gym\'s bag and cat litter.... I scalded the container, and I tried twice with 2 different brands of unbleached flour, with the exact same result. I..."

I cut the whole loaf and froze it, so I can take a slice or two when I want to: the bre..."

" These are sooooo goood! Im very happy yo..."

"This was not what I expected... It was easy to make and fat free, but the taste was far too sweet for me, and for everybody who tasted it, and the texture was very moist and bland, little bit like a pudding with a harder crust, with no taste on its own, so the sugar taste in this recipe was overwhelming and cancelled the taste of the apples (I use..."

"This bread was excellent. I made two loaf, and they were delicious. I also made 32 little round breads for snacks with the same recipe, and they came out of the oven perfectly! I also added boiling water in the oven to get some steam and help to get a soft crust. Thanks so much for posting! It was the best rye bread! "
