"Absolutely delish! Followed recipe except for doubling and it turned out perfect. Although you don't need the country gravy, it puts the dish over the top. Especially if you serve it with mashed potatoes or biscuits. Wonderful comfort food!"

"I LOVE turkey! I do turkey throughout the year whenever I think my family will allow. This has been our "go to" recipe since its first airing. We've tried other brines. We've tried different methods. This is THE only recipe I trust for my Thanksgiving bird. It is a MUST to have a probe thermometer. Seriously, it is always pi ..."

"This is a family tradition for holiday get-togethers at our house. But some of our extended family doesn't like mushrooms. I prepare a some of the stuffing as directed in the mushroom caps and then cook the rest in a small crock that fits inside a slow cooker in order to keep it warm while serving with baguettes or crackers. There is never ..."

"YUMMMM! Made this as written without any alterations to ingredients. I did marinate for an hour in a ziploc bag before putting in a PAM sprayed baking dish. Everyone walking in the door wanted to know what was for dinner because it smelled so good. The chicken was moist and wonderfully flavored. Although the chicken was really good on its own,..."

"This is an AMAZING appetizer for a party. I use a spring form pan so that it is easier to serve, but it is wonderful with crackers and looks beautiful on a serving table for a large gathering. My family prefers when I reserve some for them so that they can put it on rolls or biscuits for lunch the following day. It's great!"

"Excellent Yorkshire pudding with our prime rib roast! My hubby and kids went gaga over these.
Taking a cue from other reviews, when I made this and doubled the recipe I didn't use quite the full amount of eggs. I used XL eggs, but 7 for the doubled recipe was only about 1 2/3 cups of eggs. But it worked out great! Thanks for a wonderful, ea..."
