    "This is excellent!!! I poached breasts with backs attached myself so it made my own broth to use in the recipe. I substituted the half and half with 2% milk and it was fine. I also didn't use the crusts recommended, I simply put the filling into a baking dish and topped it with puff pastry by Karen=^_^= recipe #31504 and my family LOVES IT!"
