"Terrific recipe -- easy to make -- perfect results. Be sure to use the buttermilk .. it is soooo worth it. Since I don't use buttermilk for much else, I make enough batter to use the whole liter of it and cook all the pancakes and freeze them for another day. Thanks for posting."
