"I just finished cooking this recipe. I tastes REALLY good, but it took me closer to an hour and a half to make (by myself at least. Admittadly I'm a bad chef and have a poor workspace, but I can't imagine it taking less than an hour.
Also, I couldn't figure out if the recipe meant to for me to us the stems or the leaves off the stems."
