"Mmmm..we like zucchini and this has great flavor. I made exactly as directed which was fine. Next time I'm going to try substituting apple juice for the wine just to try it since we always have apple juice and sometimes the wine just slips away. Also going to try julienne the zucchini since we have that in our freezer from our garden. Thank yo..."

"DSs & DH love chicken thighs and I'm always in the market for a new way to fix. The sauce was different enough to keep them asking for more and so simple, everything is on hand! So many variations with the thighs..cut in strips, with bone or without we prefer skinless (less greasy but this would be a good grill recipe too! Thank you!"

"Everything you love in a cocktail- only BIGGER. Made this for our SuperBowl party and then made another gallon as even the professed "I don't like Bloody Mary" drinkers couldn't resist. After the party their was just enough left over for breakfast the next morning."

"Made this for a large group (triple the recipe. I left out the lemon juice when steaming the green beans. The color was good and the gremolata perfectly seasoned the beans. I'm a green bean fan so I've made several times since and enjoy the leftovers all week. Very fresh taste when made with fresh green beans, but I also made with whole froze..."

"Made this for the family and used pre-made tartar sauce. DH appreciated being able to put it all together to his liking. Very good for getting in "fish night" for the meat eaters."

"I made this several times and the family loved it! I always the ingredients on hand so it's a great "go to" for a busy schedule. Also tried it with pre-cooked chicken breasts (even faster. I do the chicken in the oven and the veggies in the skillet. We use different breads and sometimes cheese slices, what a great healthy "fast food" alternat..."

"Very good for weeknight meal, simple enough for busy times and much better than something "out of a box". I did make it with extra rice and increased the chicken broth to accommodate our big eaters. It's on our list of family favorites. I served it with simple spinach & tomato salad. Thank you!"
