"This bread was really delicious, but perhaps a bit too sweet for my taste. I also added 1/2 tsp salt as per the other reviewer's recommendations. I think next time I will find a way to decrease the amount of added sugar, as my bananas and apples were pretty sweet to begin with. Made in mini loaf pans, and baked for 15-17 minutes."
