"This was a great cracker....very good texture and crunch. Made them exactly as the recipe here. The italian seasoning was too strong, so I will reduce it to 1 Tablespoon next time. "Great texture and flavor. Made these twice. (Personal preference, I skipped the almond extract the second time as it was a bit much. I used the vanilla instead. Topped the cookies with a sprinkle of toasted coconut, which made them so interesting, and brought out a great new taste....as far as Lo carb goes, these are the best cookies I have found..."

"I have made this recipe 4 times now. I did need ONLY add 1/4 teaspoon yeast as the starter did much of the work! The flavor is great. I have used the optional flaxseed. I have found that I like 2 larger loaves rather than 3 smaller, (personal preference This makes great sandwiches, and toast. Love the molasses, honey combo! Try this one!"

"A very nice Bread! Like all bread recipes, I feel you need to play with it a few times to see what works best for you. In my case, I added about 1/2 teaspoon yeast, because my starter wasn.t doing the job well enough. That did the trick though.
