"I love this recipe. I add several minced cloves of garlic at the end of browning the turkey instead of using infused oil, add red pepper flakes during the simmer phase, and just discovered the joy of substituting kale for spinach. So good. Be liberal with the salt & pepper as you cook and you'll be fine."

"I used a little over 2 pounds of 93% lean beef, a medium sweet onion, 1/2 cup of plain bread crumbs and 1/2 cup of milk for the meatloaf. I used 1/4 cup of light brown sugar in the sauce, and here's the kicker - I added a capful of mesquite Liquid Smoke to the sauce. Delicious! Thank you for an easy, tasty recipe."

"My first attempt at bread, and it turned out beautifully, even with baking at altitude. I used exactly 6.5 cups of flour, and it came out very light and fluffy. Thank you!"
