"Sweet&Savory variation equals perfect for one! I used extra virgin olive oil. 1/8 yellow onion and 2 large eggs for me, let the onions get well done. Salted eggs. Put on a sourdough English muffin, well toasted, with a little butter and generous Polaner jam-Grape is my favorite right now. One pan to clean and what a fantastic blend of flavors!"

"Great basic recipe! I used hot sausage, green bell peppers, and added small chunks of baking potato at the same time I put in the bell pepper and onion, which we prefer as a starch to having bread on the side. Splitting the sausages really does cut the cooking time."

The c..."

"Delicious! I didn't have Worsteshire so I used ketchup, added a dash of garlic powder and some onion flakes, then added a splash of red wine instead of the water. Quick, easy and something I would serve to company. Next time I might lightly cook some minced garlic instead of the garlic powder. I liked not having to use flour or my usual italian..."

"Reviews were mixed, good from people who like spicy, not good from the others. Their loss! They did taste a little *ordinary* tho because I used my regular taco mix (store brand/El Paso/whatever is on sale, the olives do add authenticity. Next time I will add chopped green onion, a little less *packaged* seasoning and a something like extra cum..."

"These were messy to make but fun at the same time. I used a spicy sausage and sharp cheddar because I like strong flavors and they came out delicious. I think if you used anything less they would not be nearly as savory, so follow the recipe : The only thing was that I took them as finger food on an all day boat trip and perhaps it was the oil..."
