"This was SO good. My favorite recipe that I've tried so far.I added approx 3/4 tbs canned black beans to each one before rolling them up.I also served lettuce, diced tomatoes, avocadoes, & diced onions & salsa verde on the side in case anyone wanted to top them with that.We had five people eating them & we ALL loved them!!!!!"

"This was SO yummy! I changed the recipe quite a bit in my opinion as I only used less than half the cheese. This is just WAY too much cheese for me. "I made this last Monday for my husband & I as we had all the ingredients here in the house. It was delightful! It tasted different than anything that I've ever made due to the ever so slightly sweet flavor. I froze half of it (noodles & all and my husband got it out the next day & ate all of it!
