"This is very good and from a skeptical and picky family - that is a rave review. I will say that I doubled the recipe and did not add the penne as my husband is avoiding pasta. For my teenagers, I made egg noodles and topped it with the chicken and vegetables. Thank you so much for sharing! I will definitely be making this again!"

"Excellent. This is a bright, vibrant dish that adds freshness as a side. Great ratio of salty/sweet with the basil. Wonderful way to use my bumper crop of tomatoes! Thanks for sharing!"

"Excellent. I mistakenly bought a lemon cake instead of yellow but it was still great! It was tangy, with the perfect sweet touch. I didn't have powdered sugar so I made a simple syrup with regular sugar and lemon juice, boiled to dissolve the sugar. I used applesauce instead of oil. I poured it over the cake while it was still hot and the put..."

"Excellent - hardy and filling too! I was surprised as others were that this was fully flavored. I served this on a chicken breast and topped with feta crumbles. I used fresh spinach (about 6 cups but there were no "real" tomatoes so I opted for canned. Those who like greek (and chickpeas I highly recommend. Thank you so much for sharing!"

"What to do on a cold rainy day - make homemade pretzels! Delicious! I didn't freeze and I made sticks instead of pretzel shape. That is how they are served at a local restaurant and it is easier for dipping in cheese. I did alter the method a bit. I made the dough and instead of letting it rise and then shape the dough, I did it the other way..."

"Good ole standard! I topped the mac and cheese with sharp chedder cheese to make a nice crispy top. I would suggest throwing some swiss to add a tang. Very Very good as is. Thanks for sharing! And Chef Hammer --- Thanks for your comments to Diva 43. Well said!"

"16 yr old rated 9/10, 14 yr old 5/5, DH rated 6/10. This is certainly easy to fix ahead of time, take 1/2 hr to throw together, 20 minutes in the oven and done. I was a bit confused on pinching the triangles together but then getting 8 pockets. The 8 roll, only makes 4, easy enough to double. I also like the versatility and will try to vary t..."

"Absolutely excellent! I prepared these for as finger food for a NY Eve party. I took mini sub rolls, placed a slice of swiss cheese, mayo and the mixture on the roll. Then cut the roll into three parts and wrapped in foil. I placed them in a crockpot on warm to keep them warm for serving. They were a hit! Very easy. To prepare a large quant..."

"The preparation and cooking was easy but the end product was dry. I made these for a NY Eve party and they were edible but not fantastic. I guess I expected more. A dipping sauce is an absolute must to add some moisture. Bland. Sorry."

"I tried this one because of the great reviews ... must say the cumin added a peculiar flavor with a strong bitter after taste. Not a fan so I will not make again. Sorry."
