"These are wonderful! I didn't add extra butter to the top, I just used what rose to the top. I did leave out the cayenne pepper and used 1/2 the black pepper so my kids would eat it, but I wish I could have put them in since I love spicy. I would make these again and I think they would make a great potluck item."

"It was OK for how easy it was, but my hubby and I were not impressed and my kids did not like it. It seemed very heavy and kind of gritty. I don't know if that's due to starch from the pasta, or what? I was really hoping this would work out so I could use it for a party.....not so. If someone has any suggestions about how to make it ..."

"This was very easy and very yummy. My whole family enjoyed it VERY much. I cooked it on low for 4 hours and it was starting to get a bit "camelized" on the bottom around the edges. Those parts weren't even too bad; they were kind of crusty-chewy. I will definitely be making this again. Thanks for sharing!"

"Yum! I also added about 2 1/2 to 3 Tbsp raspberry puree to it and made raspberry lemonade. What an awesome drink for summer barbecues! Thanks for sharing!"

"It was ok, but I've had better. It didn't taste that great and it was over done for how long they said to cook it. The one thing that was really good was the potatoes. I will go back to a recipe I know is good for next year, but I may use the potato part of this recipe."

"My whole family loved this!!! I will have to make this again. I saute'ed by onions, green peppers and celery and then remove from the heat to add all the rest of the ingredients. I also covered it while I baked it and then took the foil off 10 minutes before removing it from the oven. I think that helped it to be less dry. My husband does not l..."

"This was very yummy! All my family enjoyed it which is not usual....I've got picky eaters. I thickened the sauce exactly how instructed and it worked perfectly. I did the sauce first then removed it from the pan. I then added it to a large pan of frozen stir fry veggies when they were done and mixed it all through. I put it over white rice an..."

"This is an awesome recipe! I think you can add to it, but it is wonderful as is. The only thing I did different was to put a little bit of french fried onions on top of each serving. Thanks Stacky5, what a great recipe from your Mom! :o"

"This was very good and my whole family enjoyed it, which is amazing. Next time I will try reducing the liquid in half and I will try baking them for less time; they were a little dry."
