    Reviewed Aussie Bites

"The first time I tried this recipe I made it as written. It came out fine. I made a few changes. I used whole oats and rough chopped them in a food processor. In place of the sunflower seeds, I used chopped almonds. For dried fruit, I used 1/4 cup each of brown raisins, golden raisins, dried blueberries, and dried cherries. Both times I made ..."

Reviewed Quick and Easy Coconut Bark ("Cocada"

"I tuned in to the Show, Saturda., Marcela said four cups of coconut. That's what I used. Next time I'll use a little more. Probably the entire 7 oz. bag. AT any rate it was excellent. I took it to a church potluck. It was a big hit.

The other thing I'm going to try is mixing coco in the evaporated milk."

    About Me

I am a grandfather staying with my, single-parent, daughter and helping with her 6 kids. I spent 24 years in the Navy as an Air Traffic Controller. Then became a Manpower Secretary for three months. I left that position, because I was hired to be the first Human Resource manager for a local non-profit organization. Not bad for someone that didn't know what an HR person was and didn't know much about the non-profit. I was successful in that field, becoming the President of the Human Resource Association of Southeast Michigan.

I also wrote a book to help people who are looking for a job. The book title is Winning the Job Search Lottery. I chose the title, because I believe the job search is like a lottery. A company has one job, hundreds of people apply, only one wins the job. The book hasn't been published yet, but I do have it as an e-book.

When I was in the Navy, I put together a cookbook from recipes that people I worked with brought in.

I am an Independent Distributor for Send Out Cards. You are welcome to go to my website and send a free greeting card. The cards are good quality, printed, hand stamped, and sent through the mail. (www.AngelMillet.com)
