Reviewed One Pot Cheesy Chicken and Noodles
"This was pretty good. I found the sauce a little thin, would decrease the water a bit next time. Tasted at the end and added some seasonings for a bit more flavor. Definitely easy and will make again. Bonus is there are very few dishes! Thanks for the recipe!"

I am 41 years old, married, with no children. We wish that was different but I guess I have to accept that it wasn't meant to be and have come to terms with it now. I was a Paralegal in the USAF and am now on disability but hope to improve and return to work. My husband and I spend a lot of time with my nieces and nephews who love to stay at our house for the weekend and get spoiled! They keep our lives exciting! My husband is a great guy, I can't imagine life without him. He works for Hormel Foods and works very long hours. He is the best guinea pig, he loves trying all the recipes I make and loves leftovers. I enjoy trying new recipes and rarely make the same thing twice except for a handful of favorite recipes. I am a self-taught cook, my mother wouldn't let us into the kitchen when I was growing up...it was "her domain". I enjoy making people happy with the foods I have prepared, it is one of the ways I show my love for them. I am happy to have found this site, it is the one I use the most often. Thanks to all of the great cooks who have posted their recipes here!
I have too many favorite foods to list. I like just about everything except lima beans, coconut and eggplant. I will try anything at least once, and will usually try it a second time if I "think" I don't like it just to be sure!! I am probably most famous with my nieces and nephews for my brownie recipe and with others for my lasagna. My favorite restaurant in the world is Lo Solo Mio in Omaha, NE. It is the best Italian food I have ever had and I have been to Italy several times.
