    Reviewed Foolproof Standing Rib Roast

    "OMGosh..! This turned out absolutely p-e-r-f-e-c-t! I had a 4.5 lb rib roast, and it turned out just great. My husband was VERY concerned that we'd open the oven at dinner time and have a VERY rare roast. I convinced him to trust me... however, I was a little tempted to turn the oven on low temp after he voiced his concern - but resisted. Glad I did. This will be the 'go-to' recipe from now on! "
