"Amazing! Please do follow Jehaas; recommendation on the roux, great explanation! I read several reviews & did half sharp cheddar & half velveeta, next time will probably try all sharp cheddar. I doubled it for a 9x13 container. It is very delicious & creamy, nice rich flavor. Definitely a keeper!!"
