I'm from Philadelphia, but work as an English teacher in Seoul, Korea. I teach ESL to kindergarten and elementary Korean students. I love photography, cooking, and eating good food. I hate the feeling of going out to a restaurant and paying for a meal and thinking "I could have made this better at home." I'm from a big family and don't like to cook for just me. I have dinner parties and entertain around food and good friends. I enjoy making western-style food that reminds me and my non-Asian friends of home.
I make a cherry cheesecake that is to die for, but you can't have that recipe.
Duck pasta with cream sauce is one of my best dishes.
