"This was delicious and super easy to make. We don't use our oven in the summer so I threw everything in the crockpot and used a pair of kitchen scissors to cut up the meat after it was done. 6 hours worked out great. We finished the leftovers today..YUM! Thanks for a keeper!"

"These were so moist and delicious. It was really easy to put together too. I did use cracker crumbs with some Emeril Italian Seasonings because I didn't have bread crumbs and used water instead of white wine...we don't have white wine. I added a can of mushrooms also. My husband and I live in Northern Indiana with our 14 month old son. We love it here! Every year we have a huge garden with his family. We're able to can green beans and tomatoes, freeze sweet corn, pumpkin puree, and zucchini.
I love to cook, especially baking sweet treats but I don't do that as often as I used to...gotta watch the figure ;)
I try to make out a monthly menu and stick to it as much as possible...I use a list of our favorite recipes new and old so we aren't tempted to eat out quite so much..it works for us.
