    Reviewed Creamy Italian Dressing

    "This was wonderful! I used fresh rosemary but all the other herbs I used were dried. I also used buttermilk instead of regular milk because I just like that little extra tang. I'll definitely make this again."

    "This was so good! I had never eaten Chicken Parm before, let alone cooked it...but this was so easy. I made a few minor changes....I dipped the chicken in flour before I dipped it in the egg, I added a little bit of milk to the egg, and added some grated Parmesan (from the can) to the Italian breadcrumbs. I served it over some whole wheat thin spa..."

    About Me

    I live in central Florida with my husband and two cats. I am lucky because my husband loves to try new things as much as I love cooking new things. I have gotten more recipes than I can count from 'Zaar and with one or two exceptions, they have all been winners. This is my favorite recipe site, and I look here before I go anywhere else.

    Favorite Foods

    I was raised on good old southern comfort food, and that is what I still gravitate toward. Homemade pie crusts with lard, biscuits and gravy, macaroni and cheese, and scalloped cabbage are among my favorites...which is why I am low-carbing now and finding lots of wonderful new things to try.
