    Reviewed Mashed Potatoes

"I love mashed tators - but never could get them quite right... this recipe does the trick! Everyone says to always add more salt - which is what mine lacked - though, having to be careful how much sodium I use in our foods - this actually will be alright! Thank you."

"Amazing Gluten-Free Buttermilk Donuts / Doughnuts - in the recipe it calls for rice flour mix and says "see note" - but I am not finding the "note" - can you please help me out with this? Thank you. - Heather"

Reviewed Black Beans, Sausage and Rice

"Giving this 5 stars for adaptability since I didn't have all the listed ingredients but was able to use substitutions and still have a very good meal! 1. I forgot the garlic entirely. 2. Used just water instead of chicken broth. 3. Used fire roasted tomatoes instead of Rotel. 4. Did not have green onions."

    Reviewed Chili Powder

"This was a life saver in a pinch! Thank you for sharing! Update (7-15-12) - it's been some time but this is my absolute GO TO recipe for chili powder. I have found that we are not overly fond of oregano -- and reducing the amount in the recipe made this a perfect match for us! Awesome adaptability!"

    Reviewed Chicken Crispy Bake

"I made this tonight with some adaptations. We don't care for raw(ish) onion and celery in dishes like this - so I opted to lightly saute them in a pan with butter, and then additionally added broth to cook a little longer from the chicken I had boiled. I doubled up on the recipe so I used the entire chicken I had cooked the previous day. (I have a ..."

    Reviewed Italian Seasoning

"I like this recipe because I can add or omit what I want. I do not care for rosemary so when I mixed up a 1/3 batch of this for meatloaf I didn't have to add that herb. Very good to have around!"

Reviewed Cheesy Chicken, Bacon & Tater Tot Crock Pot Bake

"Easily adaptable. I used leftover turkey from when my Mom visited, and cauliflower instead of tator tots. I totally forgot the bacon. I just kind of mixed everything into a bread loaf pan, sprinkled some parmesan on top, then I baked it for an hour in the oven at 350*F. I will be making this again! YUM!"
