    One of my hobbys is cooking, the Zaar and Mark Bittman from the NY Times is my guide.

    I also sell on eBay, and am an eBay Trained Eduction Specialist.....an eBay instructor, I teach how to buy and sell on the eBay platform.

    I have purchased several useful kitchen tools on ebay that make cooking easy.

    Favorite Foods

    Most all foods, favorite could be "chicken Fried" steak or pan-grilled ribeye. Another is chili.....won a local contest , most all pasta recipes, and spanish style and have learned to cook fish on the grille, steamed, poached and oriental styles.

    I like see food.......most all food I see..is what I like

    I like to trim and grind my own meats and skin my fish. I use fresh vegies in most recipes and limit our salt intake.

    I cook dry beans from scratch.....
