Gawd,I haven't been here, in, like, forever!
So, life is a lot different for me since I was last active on this site. Fitness has become a big part of my life and so has my new way of eating. I'm searching for some healthy delicious stuff to whip up in my kitchen and keep me going throughout the day...
I've adopted a "clean" way of eating but that doesn't mean that it can't be yummy and satisying! It's become a challenge but a fun one at that. I try and eat organic when possible, cook from scratch and do not use processed foods. I try and pick one weekend day where I make a big batch of food so the rest of my time is spent working on me and having some fun. I may not eat the way I used to but I still love to eat!
I'm particularily fond of meat especially, beef and pork. I enjoy most vegetables but I'm not much of a fruit eater. I can really dig into a plate of pasta and nothing beats mashed potatoes! I rarely meet a cheese I don't like or a piece of bread I won't eat. I think that covers it all!
Update: I still love all those food but my new favs are greek yogurt, grilled chicken, spaghetti squash, nuts and I've become somewhat of a fruit eater!
